In every second of our life we have many thoughts, ideas, wishes and emotions. Constantly we are bombarded from media, friends, environment and other sources to be happy, positive, to see bigger image etc.
Today I decided to write about the days when we feel sad or we don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.

From my own experience I want to tell you that It’s totally fine to feel sad, to cry or to feel empty. Of course in long term it’s not healthy but why to force ourselves to be happy and to share positive energy when we can’t and we don’t feel at that certain moment like that.
It’s better to accept that you feel like you feel at the moment, to not criticize yourself because you doesn’t feel like environment push you to feel.
It’s more healthy to be sad, to feel sadness, to cry, to get back to yourself and to charge your self. When I say charge yourself I mean to read a book, to meditate, listen music, walk alone, whatever give you back peace and calmness.
Don’t let your thoughts destroy you. Something that happen, you start to think about it, to analyze it, reconstructing situation that happen and after couple minutes you start to feel sad and depressed. Pass through that feeling and cry. Crying is the healthiest way to heal yourself. No medicine, alcohol or drug can help you with that. That is only shortcut to immediately feel better and forgot who are you and how you feel. When the influence of the drug or alcohol passes, we are again the same one- sad, confused, empty and depressed.

On the other hand, life is not all the time ”honey and milk” and the life is not what is happening, It is our way how we decide to see it. Dynamics, ups and downs that is the natural part of life.
At the end, we have choice, of course If we feel sad and we doesn’t see the light at the end of tunnel It’s hard to believe that we have choice to feel good, calm and peaceful but It’s true, we have a choice. We are the only one that can help ourselves, no one will do it for us.
The flow of the thought is the natural process that is happening constantly and It will continue to happen after reading this article.
Use your flow of thoughts wisely and enjoy in it. Use it to create, to visualize, to love and to learn.
