About Milica

Milica Krstic is a well-being strategist for startups and small companies across Europe. She helps founders understand and improve the emotional dynamics within their teams—supporting cultures built on clarity, trust, and sustainable growth.

Her approach blends psychology, trauma-informed care, and body-oriented therapy with strategic insight into leadership and organizational well-being. She specializes in identifying the subtle, often invisible dynamics that influence communication, collaboration, emotional safety, and performance inside fast-paced teams.

Milica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing & Social Media. She is also a certified practitioner of body psychotherapy.

In recent years, she led a team of 120 mental health professionals who provided support to more than 30,000 people in over 10 languages through her nonprofit initiative focused on mental health accessibility. Her leadership in this space earned her recognition on Forbes Europe’s 30 Under 30 list for social impact.

She has spoken on global stages, including a personal invitation by Mohammed bin Salman to present in Riyadh on emotional resilience and the future of mental health and well-being. She is also the author of It’s Not a Big Deal, a memoir on building inner safety and personal transformation.

Today, Milica partners directly with founders and leadership teams through a three-week in-person process that offers emotional clarity, human connection, and a custom well-being strategy tailored to each company’s needs. Her work is intimate, strategic, and rooted in the belief that sustainable growth begins within the people who create it.
